Fees and Payments

Each practitioner at Farmer & Co. sets their own session fees based on their training, experience, and the type of work offered. Fees are listed alongside each practitioner's bio so you can easily find what applies to you.

We aim to make our services as accessible as possible. If you're experiencing financial hardship, please speak with your practitioner as we may be able to offer a flexible arrangement.

We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding for eligible services. If you're unsure whether your plan can be used with us, we're happy to talk it through. Payment is made directly to your practitioner at the time of your session.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may incur the full session fee.
