Em
A gentle blend of creativity, patience, and deep listening — meeting people where they are.
Em brings a gentle blend of creativity, patience, and deep listening to every person she works with. An artist at heart, she uses her natural curiosity and imaginative approach to understand people's goals and support them in ways that feel authentic and empowering. Her experience spans supporting neurodiverse children and older adults in aged care, giving her a rich understanding of diverse needs and communication styles.
Outside of work she can usually be found hiking, exploring, or reconnecting with the quiet steadiness of the outdoors.
